Open Dreams Team Lead who oversees relations with foreign mission where Open Dreams Scholars are studying and who also serves as the Program Facilitator in charge of Global Affairs, Prince Forghab Donald, just concluded participation in a three-day summit in Geneva. As the founding curator of the Global Shapers Community-Buea Hub, Prince Donald was invited by the World Economic Forum and Global Shapers Community to partake in the Global Shapers Annual Summit #GSAS2024 in Geneva, Switzerland.
Margaret Mead once said: “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.” This statement resonated with his convictions more than ever. Joining 500 thoughtful leaders across the world spearheading change in their cities, from CEBU - Philippines to Philadelphia to Izmir etc, he can say without doubt that, a small group of people can truly make a difference.
During the three days, he was exposed to incredible people from whom he learned a lot and built meaningful friendships.
