I was amongst the 2 fully sponsored participants from Cameroon at RightsCon 2025 in Taipei, Taiwan. At the 5-day conference, I was privileged to participate as a Panelist in an insightful grand Panel Discussion on "Bridging tech innovation and environmental care from a child's perspective"

I shared insights on the pros and cons of technology in climate Activism.
As I head back to Cameroon, I'm reflecting on the key takeaways from this year's summit:
Sustainable Artificial Intelligence: The responsible use of AI is crucial for our future. Let's prioritize transparency, accountability, and environmental sustainability in AI development!
The Power of Storytelling: Stories have the ability to inspire, educate, and mobilize. As advocates, let's harness the power of storytelling to drive social change!
Technology and Climate Activism: Technology can be both a catalyst and a hindrance to climate activism. Let's acknowledge the challenges and opportunities, and work together to create a more sustainable future!
Sustainable Fundraising Mechanisms: Nonprofit organizations need innovative and sustainable fundraising mechanisms to continue their critical work. Let's explore new models and collaborations to support social impact since 1/3 of the funding from the US has been cut off!

I am grateful for the connections made, lessons learned, and inspiration gained at RightsCon 2025. Looking forward to applying these insights in Cameroon and beyond!
